Education Abroad
The Global Health Studies Program at MSU offers immersive education abroad experiences that allow students to engage directly with diverse healthcare systems and cultures. Programs in countries like Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico provide hands-on learning in clinical and community health settings, emphasizing cultural competence, public health challenges, and the One Health approach. These short-term, credit-bearing courses are open to students from various disciplines and are designed to deepen global health understanding through real-world exposure.
