Application Info for MSU's Global Health Certificate

How you apply to the Graduate Certificate in Global Health Program will depend on whether you are looking to obtain the certificate or if you are simply wanting to just take the courses. In either instance, you are still responsible for payment of tuition. Please see the sections below for further instruction on how to apply in either situation.

Applying as a Graduate Certificate Applicant (credit earned leading toward certificate):

Application to the program as a Graduate Certificate applicant is completed online through the MSU Office of Admissions Graduate Certificate application system found at:

https://admissions.msu.edu/application/default.aspx?AL=C.

The program code is 4226 and can be found in the application system by scrolling to the College of Osteopathic Medicine and selecting Global Health 4226.

Please note that students enrolled under Graduate Certificate Student status are not eligible for most sources of financial assistance including federal financial assistance programs.

Applying as a Lifelong Learning Applicant (no credit earned):

Application to the program as a Lifelong Learner is completed online through the MSU Office of Admissions Lifelong Learner application system found at:

The program code is 4226 and can be found in the application system by scrolling to the College of Osteopathic Medicine and selecting Global Health 4226.
